This weekend represents an opportunity to come together and discover what we can do to feel better, to feel more engaged with our lives, and to make small changes that yield big benefits. I will bring my knowledge of Chinese medicine, nutrition, yoga, and meditation. Each of you will bring your own knowledge and experience. Together we will learn from each other, connect with each other, and hopefully find some laughter and support along the way. The weekend is open to all ages, and mothers and daughters are welcome to come together.
We will:
Talk about hormones
Discuss adrenal and thyroid health
Learn about the nervous system
Strategize ways to decrease and manage stress
Explore meditation
Share meals
Get outside
After the weekend, if you want, you can do 3 follow up Zoom/Skype calls (over the course of 2-3 months) with me to personalize a wellness plan, discuss Chinese herbs, or whatever else you might need.
